Frequently Asked Questions.

This section, just as the N.A.G.A Maps™ shop has only just began, so there's little in for now, but we'll populate it as we go.

General considerations:

Your bookmark's names are too long !

No they aren't.
...unless you try to use'em with the right-click menu, which you shouldn't.

If you have the skills to fly anything bigger than a frig and still use the contextual menu for insta-travel, you may want to take a look at why a Navigation window is your friend.
Take your time, I'll wait here till you're done.

Now about smart use of BMs and how it affects the price of your custom orders:
When you request several insta-BMs heading to the same Destination, you'll pay only for actually useful BMs, meaning we won't bill you 3 BMs when three stations orbit the same planet and you requested BMs from all stations to all stations in a system that has 4+ stations.
Since all these three stations can use the same BM to reach the 4th one, you'll have a single BM and will be billed accordingly (originally only meant to reduce bookmark clutter, but hey).

Why don't you sell region packs, you greedy, control-freak biatch ?

While we obviously enjoy any adjective thrown at us, we won't fall for flattery.
The rationale behind this decision is twofold:

N.A.G.A is actively neutral, meaning not only do we try to stay unbiased towards any specific alliance, but we also aim to avoid hurting anyone unwillingly, especially the underdog.

While we are happy to make as many sales as we can, we also have a commitment to take care of our interests and those of our partners.

New possibilities on the use of insta-BMs since Exodus, combined with the spread of region packs, could radically affect those two elements, and prove detrimental to us, our partners, and small-to-medium corps without a strong defense division.

But, but, but... Madri used to do it ?

Aye, and then she runs into some scumbag trying to sell an entire region worth of copies, just today (jan 11). Nuf said.
